The MountainLoop Verdict

A powerful, freeride-focused ski for expert skiers who want serious float in powder without giving up performance on-piste. The Katana 108 pairs a wide 108mm waist with a Titanal Frame and carbon tips, delivering excellent stability and dampening when charging through deep snow or chopped-up conditions. A multilayer beech and poplar woodcore adds durability and a lively, connected feel, while 3D Radius Sidecut - a shorter radius underfoot with longer radii at tip and tail - gives genuine versatility, letting you switch between long, stable arcs and tighter turns at will.

Paired with the Salomon Warden binding - a robust, high-DIN freeride option built for stability and confidence in variable terrain - this is a serious, do-it-all setup for accomplished skiers who want to attack the whole mountain, powder days included.

Ski Condition

Excellent condition. Light surface scratches on the topsheet near the tips are the only sign of use - bases and edges are flawless, and there's plenty of lifespan left in these skis.

Our Promise

Every pair of skis and bindings we sell is carefully inspected before listing — we check bases, edges, topsheets, and binding function, and note any wear honestly and specifically in each listing rather than leaving surprises. We only sell equipment we'd be happy to ski on ourselves.

That said, all skis are second-hand, and normal skiing carries inherent risk. We'd always recommend having bindings checked and re-calibrated by a certified technician before first use, in line with standard practice for any second-hand ski equipment.

Shipping & Returns

We process and ship all orders promptly, so your skis are on their way as quickly as possible.
