The MountainLoop Verdict

A serious, race-bred GS ski for competitive and expert skiers who want genuine World Cup-level performance on the piste. The Redster G9 FIS features Atomic's Ultra Power Woodcore and Ultra Titanium Powered laminate, running sidewall-to-sidewall and tip-to-tail for outstanding torsional rigidity, stability and edge grip at speed. Full-length sidewalls add further precision and damping, while a narrow, race-specific waist width delivers the aggressive, locked-in carving feel this ski is built for.

Paired with the Atomic X12 VAR binding - a dedicated race-plate system designed for direct, high-performance power transfer - this is a genuine race-day setup for accomplished skiers who want speed, precision and stability on demanding, high-speed pistes.

Ski Condition

This is a pre-loved ski and does have top-sheet damage consistent with a used race ski. However, the bases and edges are in good condition with no performance-limiting damage.

With an original RRP of ~£1000, our listing is a 65% saving vs. buying new. Race skis don't look brand-new for long so save your money and buy second-hand!

Our Promise

Every pair of skis and bindings we sell is carefully inspected before listing — we check bases, edges, topsheets, and binding function, and note any wear honestly and specifically in each listing rather than leaving surprises. We only sell equipment we'd be happy to ski on ourselves.

That said, all skis are second-hand, and normal skiing carries inherent risk. We'd always recommend having bindings checked and re-calibrated by a certified technician before first use, in line with standard practice for any second-hand ski equipment.

Shipping & Returns

We process and ship all orders promptly, so your skis are on their way as quickly as possible.
